My husband's back surgery was more intensive than planned. Once I got him home, I realized that we had to have a lift chair. I called to inquire about rental and they delivered same day. They were a life saver for me. Very nice friendly people.

My nanna needed a lift chair. One of my friends from work told me about Able Durable Medical Equipment. So I decided to take her and see what they had avaliable. We were suprised by the variety of products they had on their show room. We picked out the lift chair she wanted, with the help of their staff. They delivered the lift chair as well as set it up for us. They also showed nanna and I how to work the remote and made sure it was far enough away from the wall to recline. We appreciated the kindness and thoughtfulness they showed toward us. I will continue to shop at Able Durable Medical Equipment.

They are extremely unique in that they ACCEPT NO RETURNS, even when the product is unused and unopened.

While they DO post a small notice of this behind the counter, it is not all that prominent either there or on receipts.

We have bought equipment elsewhere and, in both medical equipment and in every other type of store, we have

never seen such a blanket no-return policy. The staff and the owner were both uninterested in customer satisfaction

to any level; with a son recently suffered dual disability, you would think they would be more interested in having

a repeat customer.



We would strongly advise anyone in the market for medical equipment to go any other place, and we ask that

the better business list this establishment with a warning on the NO return policy and an incredible level of

customer NON-service.

With my recent move to Dallas, I thought I'd have difficulty finding a shop with all the accommodation items I needed. As a person with a disability, I an not able to travel all over Dallas looking for such a shop. The website is so good. It's informative and eye-catching. I've made several purchases at Able already. Robbie is assembling a bench that I purchased yesterday. This is the place to shop for special needs items!
