This has been a problem from day 1. We could have settled our tax differences for $ 10,000 with the assistance of Allied Tax Soltions our current bill is $ 40,000. That is not the type assistance we were looking for. This group should not be allowed to assist anyone with their taxes, especially since they don't even have the ability to return phone calls. In the last ten days I have called them 9 times and have yet to receive a return call. I intend to report them to the Better Business bureau on 8/29/11 especially since they use their rating with the BBB as advrtisement. I expect to report them to the O.I.G. 's office for false advertisement.
