I am late in writing this review but my experience was so atrocious that I still need to post it. DO NOT HIRE THIS BUSINESS. I moved from WI to FL in late July of 2014 to start medical school. I spoke with Mike Gibson, from Allways Moving, who help arrange my move. I scheduled the movers to pick up my items on 7/27 and needed them in FL a week later on 8/4. Mike assured me MULTIPLE times that this would happen, even though the contract stated they weren’t “required” to deliver by that date. He even told me they'd probably get there early. This is one of the main reasons I chose this company. LESSON 1: DON’T TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU! I now know he only said that to get my business, and had no idea when the movers would actually arrive with my things.



When the pick-up date arrived, a different moving company showed up! I don't know if it's common place within the moving industry to subcontract moves out to other companies but I wish I would have known this prior to my move. When I hired Allways moving, I thought that would be the company that would be moving me. The new moving company, Platinum Van Lines, was ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. They arrived two weeks later that 8/4 with my things, and didn't even deliver all of my items. They had to come back to drop off the boxes they forgot to unload. A huge inconvenience because you're at the mercy of their schedules, not the other way around. They also delivered some other person’s possessions to me, which I still have. I informed the company of the mix up, and they didn't seem to care at all. No one was sent to pick up the other person’s possession and no follow up on their part was made. I’m still missing multiple boxes which I’ve spoken to the company about, filled out forms, and still have not heard anything about. When I opened the boxes they did manage to deliver, there was multiple broken items. The customer service people were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to help or even show the slightest bit of remorse, they deny blame, become defensive, and try to hide behind the fine print of their contracts. I hope people reading this will learn from my experience and choose a different company.

The absolute worst moving experience. The customer service representatives were very disrespectful and unprofessional. They showed a great lack of respect for military veterans. When furniture arrived, everything was soaking wet. Do not use this company...run!

I found this company for relocation from Chicago to Houston ON June 30th, 2014. The customer rep Steve and his manager Danielle quoted a low price for the relocation (9 furniture items and 15 boxes to pack my belongings) and I accepted it with a deposit.



The nightmare started after this. The driver (Aon) came late to pickup. He refused to load my furniture because according to him his own company (Always moving) quoted me wrong and he flatly said until i pay him more money, he would not load my furniture. I called the Always moving to speak to the manager (Danielle). He refused to help and said I will have to pay $ 500 (They had my credit card on file) to cancel the services if I was not happy. This came as a shock to me as at this point he was saying pay me more money and I WILL LOAD ONLY 6 ITEMS FROM THE 9 IN THE QUOTE. I had no choice and had to pay him $700 extra money over the quote price. He was the rudest person (Aon) I have ever known in my life and damaged my building walls while moving and cost me $300 of building repair work. The nightmare had just begun.



I called them to deliver my furniture form their Dallas warehouse on July 23rd, 2014 and the harassment had just begun again. It’s been a month and they have not delivered my stuff. I have tried calling them and they have been just lying for the last 1-month assuring furniture will be here in 2 days for the last 1 month. Their customer reps Paris and her manager are very rude and put you on long hold during phone calls and later cut the call. My multiple email and phone calls to their company rep Steve and his manager Danielle have never been returned. When you call their office and the receptionists standard reply they are out of office. These people are scam artists (Steve, Danielle, Paris) do a good job of ripping people of their money. They lack basic customer service. They just don’t care once they have your credit card info. I am amazed this company even exists and is allowed to operate in America.



We have a 16 months old baby and are presently living with our friends and in hotels hoping to get our furniture back to start our life. This company has made our life hell and made our life so stressful. My son is missing all his clothes and toys and we have spent over $5000 in bills in the last month waiting for our furniture and stuff. I have no more words left in me to describe this company. You just need to be a human being to understand another person plight. These people (Steve, Danielle, Paris) are experts in lying and this company is a nightmare from hell.



I have just hired an attorney and he will serve legal documents to this company.



If you want to get robbed and be harassed, Please use this company

Horrible Horrible Horrible experience. DO NOT USE THEM. I wish I would've seen all the bad reviews before hand and the F rating from BBB. Here is the lowdown on what is happening with my move: I hired Allways Moving to do a move from Indiana-California. It is still currently in the process of delivery. I used a third party site to get estimates from multiple moving companies. I was contacted by Heather who provided great customer service and an estimate. After the bill was paid, I was promised by Heather that she would be available to assist me with any questions. However, multiple emails and calls following up with her were never returned or answered. The mover was supposed to call 24hrs in advance before the move. I received a call at 10pm the night before the move. The mover then was 3 hours late for the scheduled move, arriving at 9:30pm. All the while I couldn't get a hold of Heather to let me know what was going on. The move onto the truck went relatively smooth however the mover mentioned I did not have the 10% deposit on record. I have email proof that I did pay the 10% estimate by CC. The time estimate I was given for delivery was between 7-21 days, with her stating it would be around 7-8 days. Today is day 8. I called and tried to get a hold of Heather again to get a delivery estimate, of course as previously she is no where to be found. I then talk to the representative who answers the phone. I express my discontent on how my case is being handled and how I cannot get a hold of Heather. He starts to get aggressive and defensive so I ask to speak with a manager whom I am informed has just stepped out. So I ask that his manager call me back before the end of the day and I am then hung up on.. The customer service reps are rude and inconsistent making me feel uncomfortable with my belongings in their care. Seriously choose another company. Wouldn't trust them again with my things.

I had to move from Dallas to San Diego, CA and only had one week notice. Fortunately for me Allways Moving quoted me the best price and was available to schedule my move in such short notice. The sales representative Sarah was more than helpful with me updating my inventory list multiple times throughout the week and helped explain the process to me. When the movers arrived they were very professional and quick. When I finally made it to San Diego, the next morning all of my stuff was delivered just as it was picked up. Allways moving was the least stressful part of a chaotic one week. I highly recommend them to anybody searching for a moving company you can trust.

Warning !!! This is just horrible brokers... If you want to go to court for doing legal actions you can hire this company.. Now I am going to go. This company seems just broker and very irresponsible and lying and rude. Just major 4 things... 1. No show up at the promised three day window for pick-up They didn't show up at the three day window they promised to call and come. our moving schedule all massed up because we couldn't finish other things that we can do after sending things. we missed the flight and changed our flight schedule. They hired another truck company when we called and complained. 2. Double charge - around 680$ more~!! They recommended me to make a direct deposit for 60% of payment and I made it. But, they double charged again for 60% again because delivery guys threaten me to pay 60% again with cash because they cannot figure out our payment is done even though we showed the proofs of deposit and money's going out from my bank to their chase bank account. They said their boss is not available now so they need to follow boss' instruction. And threatened me that "If you don't pay now 60% again and 30%, the rest, we will leave now and put your things in the storage and charge extra storage fee." and They said "you can get a refund from allways moving". You will pay again like me because you will become already exhausted with the life without your things. And, it has been already more than a month. No refund. (I am going to take an legal action) 3. They broke my desk and contaminated my bed. Delivery guys said. "we didn't do this." there is another company who picked these. that is even not always moving." There is no one who can be responsible. even customer center is another contracted company. always-moving said "you cannot complain here but another customer center which is another contracted company". (they seemed just small broker company. the number they let me know is always going to message box) 4. Rude and irresponsible Communication ! They are very nice before you make a contract but after making a contract. it will be hard to talk with them because they put you a hold continuously times for a long time without permission and hung up the phone right after saying irresponsible useless answers shortly. I warn every one of you who are considering hire this company that stay away from this evil company. Don't get cheated by nice looking home page and reviews or online things. check the BBB.org~!!... this company is not even on the list!!! (there are so many similar named company) They seem to take a advantage of other good name-valued company by having similar name. I am going to put this horrible case report on BBB.org and other web communities for preventing others not to be cheated. I can not explain enough here this horrible mental, emotional, physical, financial damages that our family got ~!!!

Always Moving & Storage is by far the Worst Experience I have ever encountered with a moving company. (I have moved out of country twice)



They quoted me a very competitive price in the beginning with specific packing and prepping details which I followed to a "T". Not to mention I deliberately tediously measured each item with my representative to obtain the most accurate price. I even allotted myself a $300 cushion incase I was off a little bit.



They were to pick up my belongings Monday or Tuesday (9/10 of June) Monday was a no show. Tuesday was said to be there between 9/10 am. No show. Then it was 12/3 in the afternoon. No show. Then it was 3 pm. No show. And finally they said between 5/7 pm. No show. The movers called me at 7 saying they were on their way, at which point I left my job figuring it would take nothing more than an hour seeing as I only have a 1 bed room apartment. The movers did not show up until 10 pm that night. I can't not express my anger at that point. When I showed the movers my belongings we immediately got into a very unprofessional argument about how I had far more than what I was quoted. The movers but my belongings at DOUBLE what I was quoted. How I have no idea, seeing as there was no way to accurately estimate my belongings due to them not packing in a condensing manner because it was "more convenient" to include not using the tape I purchased (to save myself $4.50 a roll for use of theirs) because it was inconvenient. The proceeded to RETAPE all of my already taped boxes. Not to mention all of my belongings WERE NOT TAKEN. And the hidden charges that came.. Gas for one.

They did not leave my residence until after midnight that night. At which point my price not only more that DOUBLED but I lost out on 4 hours of work.



When I called the next morning to speak to Jedd my representative, he told me to start my complaint process, so he could then intervene. Haven't been able to reach him since.



I made arrangements for my belongings to sit in storage for the free 35 days, to allot myself time to obtain the extra money.

I called less than a week later to have my things delivered sooner. And about every day since. It is now the 15th of July. Exactly the last of my 35 days of free storage. I have received NO update of any sort. NO return phone call or voice mail. NO contact with any manager. (They are NEVER in any office). And NO belongings.



Every part of this company is everything less than what they portray in their contract. Terrible in every way possible. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and find another moving company who is more reliable and willing to work for their customers money and their company's reputation.

I had one of the bad customer experience with Always Moving. Till pickup it was fine, but after that, every time I called, they just put me on hold and then hang up after a while by saying that someone will call me back. Still waiting for that someone to call me. I called now, same answer, some one will call you back. Today is my receiving date, and I don't have any idea where it is and when it will come. I have no information for my stuff at all. What does it take to give an honest answer ?

I just received my stuff from Always Moving and they have been just perfect. Kelly kept me updated through the process from start to finish and was so sweet. Moving cross country from California to Florida was not expected to be easy but thanks to kelly the Sales rep and Alon and the movers it was made smooth, they are super fast and answered all my questions fairly. I give them a 10/10.

I was pleased for their initial moving quote. Sarah, the very responsive customer care rep provided me fast and accurate support that was enough to enjoy smooth move. Movers were extremely professional and helpful; i found them polite and well-organized. No doubt about that It was a world class move. From my first contact they responded me very fast and offered a reasonable rate. It was a long distance move from Texas to New York. They maintained excellent promptness. Movers arrived in our old home on time, loaded our entire belongings safely. They showed up great professionalism from the beginning. Their excellent responsive customer care should get more than five star ratings. Though I was anxious before my move but AMS completely removed my tension.
