Our experience with Apple Moving was TERRIBLE!!! They were rude, slow (they charge by the hour), charged us for services they did not render, broke multiple items and refused to answer emails regarding our concerns. Apparently we should have read about all of the complaints on the BBB website first, and they maybe we would have seen that this company only rates a "C" from them... DO NOT use this company!!!!

Advertisement on radio says they are licensed and bonded. They are not!Advertisement on radio says they are insured. They are not! Only "in transit" - misleading!Advertisement on radio says they are best. Not!Guys show up - 3 man crew (2 day laborers) that couldn't speak English! Threw boxes around that said FRAGILE (they could not read/speak English!) - broke my valuables, irreplaceable items. Scratched my dining table, dresser, and headboard.I was offered $.60 per pound - state minimum. Where was the INSURANCE THEY SAID THEY HAD! IT'S ONLY WHEN THEY ARE DRIVING, NOT LOADING/UNLOADING!WHAT DECEPTION! I was offered $100 for all the damage - UNFAIR!Staff was RUDE and misleading - kept fingerpointing to the owner. HE doesn't return calls - WHAT A JOKE! I AM A REALTOR and will bring this up in our realtor's meeting NOT TO USE!

My list and their list did not match which resulted in additional charges. Broke and scratched my furniture. Did not hook up my washer or dryer properly. Paid for them to do it but had to pay for it to be done right by someone else. Did not set up one of the beds properly. Had to take it apart and do it myself. Very dissatisfied with the service. Will not use Apple again or recommend them to anyone.

I've called them, they were very pleasant on the phone and we discussed the negative rating that was given here. She said that Apple Moving is rated very well on the BBA and though one person's experiance was negative she assured me that mine would not be. Their crew of movers has been with them for several yerars and they are very experianced. The arrival window is a 2hr window and once the movers arrive the two hr minimum begins. I look forward to the experiance.

Showed up early (20 minutes) and the men were polite, careful, and the best move I have ever made, and I get transfered with my job every 8-10 months. I will never use anyone but Apple Moving again!

Bad customer service on initial service call. Movers were not on time. When I called to find out what was holding them up the CSR was very rude with no explaination.
