I was able to secure an appointment within a day and was told that the technician would arrive between 3-5 pm. At 5:30 pm, I called to confirm if the technician was still coming and was assured that he was on his way but running a little late. The technician never showed up and finally at 8 pm, I receive a voicemail from their after-hours desk requesting a call back. Of course, when I called, I am immediately forwarded to voicemail. Empty promises.
