I love the quality of their work and the customer service experience.

I never met Bill in person, however I spoke with him on the phone once and he explained to me the process in place of keeping me informed on the progress and status of my car via email. I found that to be a very convenient program for the both of us. I didn't have to call him on the phone, be placed on hold, have him look up my account info, etc....He assured me that my car would be back ready 04/04/14 and it was. I'm one very happy Toyota Camry owner. It rides and drives like new! I love my Toyota Camry!

My husband and I purchased a 2007 Toyota Tundra from Orr Toyota last weekend and it was a pleasant experience. I had no idea that we would find an automotive dealer so close to home with such excellent and professional staff and a large selection of vehicles. The sales team was not aggressive but instead listened to our needs concerning what type of vehicle we wanted and what our budget limit was. They were even able to get us a lower interest rate than our bank offered and took the time to search for us a better deal; discounts included. The staff showed patience and concern throughout the entire process. The truck we purchased is a beauty and is certified with a warranty at no extra cost. The new management is great, they let me take the car home to test drive it I really liked the vehicle i wasnt capable of buying it right now due to a personel matter but i will go back in a month or so and buy something similar if vehicle is not available
