I made 2 appts with Yessenia. Appt #1 (Fri @ 6PM) was "rescheduled" Sat @ 12 PM. Appt #2 she flaked out on me. I wouldn't have really minded except I came frm Fort Worth 45 minute drive & i didn't know she was cancelling on me until 12 PM-the time of the appt. She told me they would take good care of me & gave me Martha's name. There were 3 or 4 lady stylists there who said absolutely nothing to me, they were playing on their phones & Martha was talking on hers. I waited 20 minutes and finally Martha came up to me & asked me if I had an appointment!! REALLY? She was totally uninterested in helping me, asked me what I wanted done like she was hoping it wasn't too much, told me she was busy & someone else could help me. I just said forget it, i got a half assed "I'm sorry"as I was walking out. I'm not your REGULAR client or the most glamorous client but my money spends the same & i tip well. This whole thing was a total waste of time & I totally regret trying this place. 100% TRUTH.
