I never had any problem with Bluebonnet prior to them being bought out by Progressive. Since they have been bought out by Progressive Waste their consistency and service has plummeted never on a fixed schedule skipping my day 4 dump I called them and they said the dumpster was blocked and it was clearly not what is

Bluebonnet accounting manager (laurel?) is the worse manager I have ever encountered. She abused the trust I placed in this company when they failed to come to my business to collect the trash for three weeks. When I asked for credit they denied it. She argued the truck driver went to pick up the trash. It is obvious the guy lied to them or since I don't manage their records, they simply decided to ignore my request. I told them I was canceling the service with them if they didn't give me the credit. But instead of giving me the credit, they charged my credit card again. Had I known she (if she acted alone) or they as whole, were shameless and unethical people, I would have contacted my credit card to request to stop any payment from them. During my dispute with the C. Card she lied to them saying that I have never called them to stop the service. I advise to not talk in person with them, but through emails or letters, so you can have documentation on everything you tell them and the answers you get. She will have no shame on lying and denying in your face what they have said or did and she will be very rude if you attemp to get your money back. It's like a dog barking for it's stolen bone.

Best waste hauler in Dallas/Ft. Worth - great service, great pricing. Have used them for many of our locations for many years and would highly recommend to anyone needing a waste hauler or recycler. They answer their phones on Saturday and after five - no automated phone systems. Have found them to be reliable and go the extra mile to take care of our needs.

If you know whats best, do not choose Bluebonnet Waste. You will regret it....
