They actually let 3rd party towing companies come in and tow away cars from residents- They have a parking system which is childish and plenty of unused parking spaces that are not utilized. Tow companies come with no warning and tow your vehicle even if you live there..... someone in the office is getting some type of a bonus or kickbacks from tow companies. Otherwise why tow to begin with??? This isnt some sports arena where parking is scarce??


The asphalt needs to be repaved - Mngmt is clueless - leadership is void - maintenance is a joke - security guards are nuisance and make my Wife and Sister feel uneasy and feel very uncomfortable. I have been here 8 months and hate this experience. The garbage compactor looks like something out of a 3rd world country. I would fire maintenance, office management and security.

This property is being Mismanaged.

his has been the worst experience of my life. The office is incompetent, the apartments are falling apart, and they are roach infested.

1) The office will come in and "fix" things and never leave a work order or a receipt then try to charge you for it.

2) The office took over 2 weeks to send my renters history to my new apartment.

3) The online portal rarely works

4) The ceiling in both of my bathrooms leaks and they have still not fixed it.

5) My apartment has flooded several times, because of piping issues

6) THEY ARE ROACH INFESTED I'm not talking like a couple bugs I'm talking I've killed about 25 roaches a day, and they have "sprayed'

7) Every time I have a problem the office can't do anything to fix it.

8) The walls aren't leveled, the corners are crooked. It is a mess to try to hang things on the wall when the wall itself isn't level

9) My bathroom walls are cracking.

10) The office made it all but impossible for me to actually move into a new apartment.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE

THE WOW EFFECT IS IN FULL FORCE AT BOSQUE ESTATES

NEW OWNERS AND MANAGERS ARE DOING IT RIGHT HERE

AT BOSQUE ESTATES.

RENTS ARE THE LOWEST AROUND, NOISE IS GONE, CHILDREN

ON THE PROPERTY ARE HAPPY AND SMILING. RECENTLY

BUILDINGS HAVE BEEN PAINTED AND I HEAR NEW LANDSCAPING

WILL BE ARRIVING SOON.

I HAVE BEEN A LONG-TIME RESIDENT AND HAVE SEEN THIS PLACE

GO FROM BAD-BETTER-STILL GETTING BETTER- TO GOOD WITH GREAT

STRIDES AND ON ITS WAY TO GREAT.

APARTMENTS HAVE NEW APPLIANCES, FLOORING/COUNTERTOPS, LIGHTING, WASHER/DRYER CONNECTIONS or WASHER AND DRYER.

THE SIZE OF THE APARTMENTS ARE LARGEST AND NICEST AROUND FOR

PRICE.

THEY ARE DOING IT RIGHT AT BOSQUE ESTATES!
