I told my self I would go to the carwash across the street as the short Mexican lady that claims to be the manager, her energy is so negative towards me and others and when I Decided to use the other carwash, across the street I asked if they were unfriendly like that Mexican lady and they laughed and said look how many customer we have, there all here because of the attitude, it's so sad as I know the Owners at the Car wash club and having that Mexican lady running there customers away is not a good thing, she's so hateful that she has all the other employees be unfriendly as she is..MIA PLEASE Get RID OF Margie or what ever her name is and hire a person like you where you greed your customers with respect and in a positive professional way and right away that you fire her, your business will flourish once again by the grace of The Universe

The people working at the car wash are the trashiest people I've ever come across at a carwash. Half of them sit around and talk half the time while paying customers wait for them to move. I worked at a professional franchised car wash during high school and I was amazed at the amatuer nature of the employee's at the Car Wash Club; everything I was taught NOT to do at my job in high school they did. I'm sure the employee's wonder why a lot of people don't tip them, its cause your trash and you do a terrible job. I've got some advice for the owner, train you employees and have some sorta of uniform that easily identifies employees. You also need to inform the employees that a customer paying $5 or a customer paying $200 needs to be treated the same. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE, it will go under in a year.
