I bought a 2008 BMW 128 from them in Feb 2014. When I went to see the car I was told it had a clean car fax, when I got there they had "misplaced" the car fax. I drove the car & it seemed fine. I went in to do the transaction & asked to see the car fax. Was told again they "misplaced" it. sales rep started in on his wife & baby story how he almost bought the car for his wife but needed more space with new baby. Assured me car was clean & would e-mail me the car fax. Several phone calls & e-mails later no car fax. I let it go/trusted the sales rep (Shoudn't have). Long story short I got an offer to refinance the car at a much lower interest rate, new lender ran car fax & whatta you know 3 accidents one serious & the car had been auctioned with "Frame Damage". Called carpoint & asked for Carlos. was told he was not in & would call me back, never called me back, called again and THEY BLOCKED MY PHONE NUMBER. Real classy you thieves. If you want to get ripped off by liars & thieves go there. Enjoy.
