Before I write my review of the service, let's talk about these first numbers. This concerns me more than the experience because it doesn't ADD UP. These sketchy charges aren't making sense. If the Dallas sales tax is 8.25%, my charge shouldn't be near $17.95.

I ordered the combination plate "Steak & Tenders". That is a total of $13.99 X 8.25% = $15.14. All the screenshots prove that. Also, I ordered water, I know no restaurant that charges for water.

Now let's get to the bank statement. Why are these numbers high and nowhere near $15.14? WHY DO I HAVE A DOUBLE CHARGE??? I did tip $1 because the service and food were terrible. The steak was salty, my baked potato was made with high-grade plastic, and the mac & cheese was sour. It took an hour to get this food too. It wasn't primetime either.

All these problems adding up deserves a review of 0 STARS. Basically, where is my money? Where is the real charge amount that should go into my bank? Does the double charge go to the server, the hostess, the manager? What is this sketchy bs?

If you are in Dallas for the weekend, avoid this location at all costs. You don't need this double-charge BS or this weird number add up. As well, the horrible service and plastic food.

Went here for Valentine's Day with my boyfriend at lunch. It was a little crowded but we still received very prompt and courteous service. Definitely recommend this location. It was fast and perfect.

Our waiter was excellent. We were able to get a table right away on a Friday night! The kitchen seemed to be running a little slow, but the food was good and plentiful when it got to our table. Give it a try.

I love chedders but this one is by far the worst one in TEXAS!!!!! The air does not work and again we are in Texas so you know that it is HOT!!!!! It takes about an hour to an hour and a half to get your food!!!!! If yoy are thinking about eating at Chedders pick another one!!!!

I agree with GINGA911, it's one of my favorite... love the chips and queso - and now they offer it with beef w/o an additional charge: and their chicken tender salad is GREAT... :-)

This restaurant has excellant food and service! Great chicken!
