I ordered a brand new statue and was sent a scratched and damaged statue that even had a marked down price on it. They asked for photos which I then sent and then said that they would send a new one out when it came in in 2 weeks each month I would inquire about it they said it's coming. It has now been 6 months and they will not respond to e-mails, You can not reach them by phone, just try the number on the website, (or this number), They will not even respond to the Better Business Beurau.
