Provided by YP.comThank you so much to City Vet! My bunny received better care than I have ever been able to find from a vet. The technician knew so much about rabbits. I had to wait a while to see Dr. Effie but it was certainly worth it. I will definately take my dog and cat to see her too!

Provided by YP.comI HIGHLY recommend this clinic, especially Dr. Bryant. I have had multipl occasions as well as several types of pets over the years. cats, dogs, birds. All have recieved excellent care from a very caring staff. The clinic is very easy acess as there is a large parking lot that is easily accessable from I-35, just off the Oak Lawn Exit.

Provided by YP.comThe first time I took my dog to city vet was immediately after adopting him... I took the dog to CIty Vet to get a check up and his vaccination shots -they told me to come back after 2 weeks for the booster shots and to get him neutered.
The day before the next appointment (2 weeks later), I received a letter and a call from City Vet telling me that the SHOTS they had given my dog 2 WEEKS EARLIER were EXPIRED!
City Vet went on by telling me that they needed to be re-injected! (BTW, the tone of their announcement through it all was as if it was something that happens all the time... "oh yeah, we'll just give him the shots again.. and their is no harm")
The absurd part of their little script was to let me know that I wouldn't have to pay for the new set of shots!! WOW WOW... I was so revealed and thankful that I am not dropping another $400 for City Vet's mistake...
They had no idea - I was so happy that I screamed at them that they are lucky I am not suing them! At the very least, the shots make the dog feel sleepy and dizzy and sore... Luckily he didn't die from it.. because guess what?
The expiration date is there for a reason... I hope Dr. Cannon drinks a bottle of Milk that's been opened and sitting in the kitchen for a year and see how he takes it!
Worst of all was that it to them 2 weeks to find out the mess they had caused!! The fact is that the incompetence from all ends should gives enough reasons for the Veterinary Board to shut the place down and revoke every license in that mess that they call "City Vet".
No to mention the unfriendly and psychotic "Moni" who answers the phone and can't figure out how to send an email and intentionally pi**** off clients carelessly.
Actually, she is helping me in sending the message about what a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE CITY VET IS and WARN PEOPLE NOT TO GO TO ANY OF THE CITY VETS IN DALLAS OR ANY OF IT"S AFFILIATED BUSINESSES!

Provided by YP.comDr. Chip Cannon and Dr. Amanda Randle are both compassionate, understanding well trained Doctors of Veterinary medicine. Both run a low cost clinic for people in need.
I have received excellent care for my pets. They are both up front with you and don't try to do unnecessary treatments.
I would highly recommend both of these wonderful doctors.
