They ruined my MK blouse by putting holes in both shoulders that were not there before. I asked them how it happened and they couldn’t give me answer and tried to blame me for the problem. I asked to speak to the manager and staff mentioned he would come later in the evening. I returned that evening and he promised that he would try to fix it, give me a credit or replace it, but he did NOT do any of those things during my 4 different times I visited the store to check on the progress. During my fourth visit at the store I asked them that a refund of $27.41 (the price of the original visit) would suffice for the time and damages of my MK shirt (even though the shirt cost way more than the proposed refund). The manager on duty refused to give me a refund and argued with me about the situation. Overall do not waste your time and money at this place because they treat you like garbage and don’t care about their customers. Do you think $27.41 was worth losing a valued customer of 2 years?
