So, I've brought a Titan from this dealership sold to me by (Summer Johnson) in which the truck did not have any floor mats and was missing the cover for the middle compartment. I was promised that these items would be ordered by her manager (Dwight Walker) but this never happened. When I went to the dealership today they told me that if I didn't have anything in writing, then their promises were void. Let's this be a lesson to all who purchase from this dealership. Their promises are worth nothing!

I bought a 2015 Malibu, had problems with this car from day one. The check engine light stayed on constantly. Every week for the first 4 weeks the car was taken to the shop for one thing or another. Check engine light turned off once again. The very next day after my warranty was up. I was told what was "actually" wrong with my car. I had a serious oil leak that would cost me $1200 out of pocket. The whole time I was dealing with these issues with the car, I was speaking with Sonya who I believe is the Manager/Supervisor of the Service dept. She was extremely rude, no compassion nor understanding. They were not trying to work with me at all. When they were the ones that sold me this Lemon.

Best guys I know in this area... a lot better than clay cooley in Duncanville by a longshot. Hope you guys continue doing a good job
