They have a good customer service and the best prices in town.. I buy all my cell phones n accessories from them.. They have the largest inventory and i m happy with their sevice n product overall!

Price shopped around a bit and they definitely have the best prices. Great selection of cases for almost every phone. They replaced the back of my iPhone 4, I was in and out in 20 mins or less. I will say that the customer service was a bit lacking, I wasn't sure who I was supposed to pay or who to talk to about the next step, they all seemed pre-occupied by something else, not sure what, but I kept having to ask "what now?". I will go back, but only if my patience is long.

Pricing is fine but bad customer service. I purchased Simple Mobile SIM & activation. They did something wrong & data is not working. My phone is Samsung but in my account it is listed as apple. God knows how this guy at this shop assumed that my phone is apple. At mysimplemobile.com there is no way we can change the phone type so I am calling customer service & it is always 20 minutes of waiting. What a pain. Lets see if I can get data on and how much pain it'll be to get it up.

One of my friend recommended me to go to national wireless , but I got the same thing alot cheaper at wireless expo , nice showroom

I first went up the street to Dr Cell Phone which gave me the run-a-round, even told me I needed to purchase another phone. And then I found Wirelss Expo. Not only did they fix my phone cheaper, he stated it would take about an hour which only took 20 minutes. Great place.
