Provided by YP.comThis place is the worst. DO NOT USE THEM! I purchased on of their groupons like many others and had the worst time getting a hold of anyone. I am not surprised to see that their website is down and by the negative comments on here, I'm pretty sure that's why they no longer have their website up. I made an appointment for a Saturday in December. 2 days before the appointment, I get an email stating they no longer do Saturday appointments and that they would contact me to reschedule within a week. The week came and went with no call so I went to the website to reschedule myself and nothing was available until April. I also had a January appointment already scheduled and they were a no show. I called and called and left countless messages on their phone with no response. I took a half day off from work for this appointment. At least Groupon graciously refunded my money.

Provided by YP.comIf I could give zero stars I would. This is a sad company that does not honor it's deals nor appointments. I purchased a Groupon back in November. On Decemeber 28th I scheduled my cleaning for January 19th at 11:30. Made plans for the dogs to be gone and my mom to be here to let them in. On January 17th I received an email confirming my appoint. However, at 10:45 a.m. January 19th I received a call letting me know no one would be coming. They were apologetic and rescheduled me for that Saturday and even gave me an additional free cleaning for another time. Saturday morning came... it went... no cleaning crew.. no call from anyone... no answer when I call... Have already contacted Groupon for my refund since this is not a business that deserves my money. Do not do business with Concept Cleaning Solutions.

I got a great groupon deal, if only they would half way honor it.
No appointments available for weeks. Finally get an appointment.
First appointment was cancelled with nothing more than an email that I did not see until after I had taken off work to meet them to clean my house.
Second try...scheduled for 11 am, no one shows. Call and was told it was rescheduled for 2pm and that someone called (they didn't) then they don't show up till 4pm. Totally ruined my vacation day that I had intended to be Christmas shopping.
Today only one of the 2 people showed up and was there for less than 2 hours and did a very poor job. (supposed to be 2 people/2hours)
The owner acts like it is no big deal. the idea is to save me time. Instead they have wasted my time.
I quit. I have requested that groupon refund my money and am confident they will as they have excellent customer service.
Please do not waste your time with this company.

Provided by YP.comI will never ever ever ever use Concept Cleaning Solutions ever ever ever! I think the email I sent to Groupon will explain the issues I have with CCS (which by the way was promptly handled and I was refunded my money immediately - because Groupon has EXCELLENT customer service).

I cannot begin to tell you how furious and frustrated I am with this Housecleaning Groupon.
The week after I purchased this groupon I scheduled my housecleaning appointments. They have all been scheduled for over two months. I received a reminder/confirmation of my appointment that was supposed to occur today, Jan. 2 from 11:30 - 1:30. I took off work, boarded my dog and waited for the housekeepers to show up. I waited until noon, they hadn't shown, so I called the office number and left a message. I waited another 30 minutes (until 12:30), they still hadn't shown and I had to leave for an appointment I had scheduled. I left another message on the office voicemail, left a note and key taped to my door. Left the tax money they requested in cash and a list of the things I'd like for them to focus on and hesitantly left. I felt very leery leaving a key for people I didn't know - not to mention that anyone who walked by could have easily opened my door and taken the contents of my apartment. But, this cleaning appointment was very important to me because I have company coming in tomorrow and I wanted to have everything spotless. I felt confident that they were just running late and didn't have a phone to call me since that would be the common courtesy way to handle this situation.
Much to my dismay, I returned home at 5:30 and they had not been to my apartment. I haven't received any phone calls or any contact of any sort. So now, not only am I out the amount of money I paid for the cleanings, I'm also out the money I would have made at work today and the money I paid to board my dog so he wouldn't interrupt their cleaning process. And, I had to cancel my plans tonight to clean my apartment myself because my company is still arriving tomorrow. I am soooooo completely disappointed, mad and frustrated. And, unfortunately, I referred a couple of friends to buy this groupon as well and now I have to report to them that it was a total ripoff and disappointment and I'm sure they will be in contact with you to request a refund.
Please understand that my anger is not at you guys - I think Groupon is great and am a faithful customer. I know that you do your best to provide excellent quality and customer service. So I know you will try to make this right for me. A full refund of the housecleaning purchase, plus the amount I spent on boarding my dog for the day ($30) is what it will take to make me not so unhappy. I think that is a very fair request considering the time I wasted waiting for them to show up today, the amount of money I missed by taking off work and the frustration.
Thank you for taking the time to read my request. I look forward to hearing back from you and I know you will be able to make me a happy Groupon customer again.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! We paid $150 with Groupon, and each time we try to set up an appointment, there are "none available." The first is in March, 4 months away! And the groupon obviously has an expiration. We bought 5 cleanings and very much wish we had not. We have called over and over. No one will ever answer. We have emailed, and the person responding from their iphone can never offer a solution. We have asked for a refund multiple times by email and are simply ignored. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU GO IN WITH THE MINDSET THAT YOU ARE GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY TO GET NOTHING IN RETURN.

Provided by YP.comI would not use this service! Bought the massive groupon 12, 2 hour sessions and it has been utter heck trying to set up appointments.
Upon confirming the purchase, the website showed that their online appointment system was down. We called almost daily but to no avail...no one was ever "available" to answer the call. We finally left a voice message as well as followed their online request form, again to no avail.
I finally noticed that they had their online appointments set back up so I began my search (two weeks after purchase!) I needed to have things set up to have someone come in weekly after a new baby (due the first week in january) but because this company blacked out two week days from the groupon users it left no appointments available until February and even then they are spotty. Their online appointment system only allows for a couple of appointments before it shuts down and you have to go completely out of their system to go back in and set up appointments. ...very time consuming. To top it off they won't allow for you to schedule all 12 consecutive appointments which means that we will have to wait months again in between sets of cleaning. This is a disaster! This company is ill-prepared, unprofessional and impossible to contact.
I will now have to pay another service to come in and clean for a few weeks on top of the money I paid to this company. Upon making the first appointment I was sent a notice that I will be expected to pay another $25 for sales tax. I have made many groupon purchases and this has never been expected by any service before and it was no where stated in the original "deal". This whole situation has made me very nervous and all I can say is to proceed with caution. I will update once they clean my house for the first time IN FEBRUARY!

Provided by YP.comI clicked the facebook $99 deal for 3hrs. My place is fairly clean but I have two cats. I typically use the deals on Living Social and wait for other cleaning companies in the rotation. I did not expect the services I received. The other places had left the cat hair all over the baseboards each time and I really did not care because it was so cheap. When I came home after this company had done their work, my home was amazing! The baseboards were spotless and they had even vacuumed the sofa. The little knick knacks had been removed and dusted too. I won't be using the rotation in Living Social anymore, I will be sure to use Concept Cleaning in the future.
