My wife had the Texas Calkleberry Sandwich and said it was the best sandwich she has had in a long time. Two eggs, applewood bacon, house made pimento cheese on jalapeño toast!

Ordered the brisket omelet with cheesy garlic potatoes (Chef’s Favorite Omelet on the menu): the omelet was mostly mushrooms, and a couple of table spoons of brisket bits. The potatoes had a pinch on unmelted shredded cheese and kind of a powdery coating (drowned in ketchup helped them a lot).

No napkins (paper is all they do here) on the table. No salt/pepper in the table (they have to go packets for those).

They don’t offer any unflavored tea (iced or hot).

Restrooms have trash can with a lid you have to touch to open: eww!.

Staff seem friendly.

Oh well.
