Please don't waste your time and money. I took the phlebotomy classes here recently and regret I did. The school didn't provide hands on training at all. They don't offer an externship. They are extremely unorganized. The school don't have anyone upfront that runs the front desk. They have other businesses they are running inside the school like a tax business. They will do taxes in the back of the classroom as the instructor is teaching. The classrooms are very small which was fine with me. The school didn't provide the instructor with the necessary supplies to show the class how to perform a venipuncture. The class dates were cut off early. We weren't provided scrubs as the contract states. Very unprofessional. The owner assistant would constantly come in and out of the classroom as the instructor was teaching. My instructor was excellent and understanding.

HORRIBLE customer service. Very slow replies, and they don't even give me all the information I am asking for. Then, ask me to stop by the office. Obviously, I can't. That's why I'm using messaging because it is more convenient for me. It seems like they don't care about getting business from their customers. That's a red flag.
