The absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a company. Period.
The tech was a complete idiot. I paid $189 to have my windshield replaced, and he destroyed the body surrounding the windshield on all four sides. I just got three different estimates for the repairs: the LOWEST was $1130. The company refuses to pay. The supervisor, Andrew Ode has been incredibly rude and unprofessional about the entire thing. I am currently filling a suit against them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
oh, BTW, I contacted the State Controller and Secretary of State about this business. They are operating illegally and haven't filled taxes, only their DBA in Travis County. The state has no legitimate listing for this business. Beware.

Very friendly people and they were able to get it done within less than 24hrs! It was helpful to be able to text customer service. Carrie did the instillation and was super helpful.

This company gives a discount to people that will give a favorable review.

...After leaving messages, emails and text messages, they returned my call and then hung up on me...



They have a C+ rating with the BBB



They also will block your number and not take your calls



...Called from my cell phone and it went straight to voicemail, but when I called from my house phone the call would go through...

I used Mobile Glass to repair a chip in my windshield. I spoke to Kristen and she was very professional and informative. She asked me about the size, and explained that it is not always possible that the chip will be completely gone, but that it would keep it from breaking further, and made sure I was OK with that before sending someone out. They were able to come the same day and the Armondo was also very professional and explained the process. The customer service was great, and he repaired the chip in a timely matter. It was not gone completely, as they had told me was a possibility, but since I did not want to replace my entire windshield at this time, it was a good alternative for me.

My windshield got smashed on the freeway today and Dallas mobile glass came out same day just a few hours later and got me back on the road thinks Chris and to the guy that did the installation

Dallas Mobile Glass was able to get our specialized windshield the same day we made our appointment. The installation took under an hour and our new windshield looks great!

The technician was great!!He showe up within the scheduled time and was very friendly. Only problem I had was the misspelling of my name in which I did not receive my receipt. I would use them again.

Great company! I spoke with Norman and Joyce and they helped schedule an appointment for the next day. Trey was the individual that came out to fix the windshield and he arrived promptly when he said he would. He told me it would take 30-40 minutes and it took 35. The windshield looks just like it did before the cracking. I was parked by a baseball field (my mistake there) and a foul ball landed directly onto my front windshield (passenger side) and made many cracks. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family!

Couldn't replace my windshield on the scheduled day due to 4.5 inches of rain. Called me prior to the appointment time and we rescheduled for the following day, same time, same place. Arrived within the designated range of time, took about a half hour, perfect and professional. Couldn't be happier.

The installer did a great job with the windshield....but very disappointed for not coming on time of the appointment!

Never showed up & never returned my calls. I would never use this company. They advertise 24/7 business, make appts. online and you never hear from them. Called all 3 phone number for Dallas, Fort Worth and their 800 number. Never even rated a response. Then they have the nerve, "If you cancel your appt. it will cost you $80 for wasting their time". Worst ever customer service.



I gave them a 1 star rating because this website would not let me publish this without it, but I would give them a -5 Star rating if there was a choice...
