Very good dermatologist, but the support service was not good. During the visit, I was proposed a procedure and I specifically asked if it was covered 100% by my insurance. Dermatologist turned to the nurse and asked her if it was fully covered, and the nurse said that she already checked and it was. Because I was leaving town for a few month, I specifically asked again the front desk if I only had to pay the copay and nothing else. They said I would not have further charges. One month later, I receive a bill in the mail, because the procedure was not fully covered. I called the office to explain the situation and they told me it was not their fault, but the insurance's fault. Very dissatisfied customer.



On another note, it took me 30 min going around on different floors to find the Dallas office because the office was not included in the directory and the management of the building was not able to help us.
