The Dr's are great, the office staff and accounting is TERRIBLE. Complete disorganization. Every single time I come in I suddenly have a past balance due. The last visit the 'past balance due' was from 2015!! They told me if I didn't pay it, then I wouldn't be able to see the Dr. That day. I paid it, came back in 2 weeks later for a physical and surprise! There was apparently a NEW past due balance. The woman that checked in front of me had the EXACT same conversation right before me.
After I was told if I paid the $20 I could complete my physical, I paid they came back out and told me they thought it was best that I switch practices because I expressed my irritation at their unethical and ridiculous office management.
Either their accounting department is completely inept or they are running a scam on their patients. I guess they expect to be quietly compensetated for their incompetence.

My husband and I were both patients of Dr.Wooley. I still am. My husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in
August, 2005. Sweet Dr. Wooley was the person who gave us the bad news. At the time, we had been his patients'for about 2 years.Through the 2 years David fought, Dr. Wooley was always there to help us make some very hard decisions.
