I gave it one star because you can't give less. I went into the store looking to buy a bike for my morning commute. I was greated by a man who assumed I had no questions, as he greated me by saying "if you have any questions let me know" then proceeded to turn around and walk away. I followed him to the counter because, believe it or not, I had questions. At that point he started a conversation with another employee about test-riders not wearing helments. He looked at me during his conversation but still ignored me; ultimately I had to interrupt them. When I asked about the financing options (there's a banner on the wall) I was told that I'd be better off applying at home, and would likely be denied. Needless to say I didn't even apply, nor did I inform him that I don't need to finance. I would never purchase from anyone with such pitiful skill in sales. I still recommened going into the shop - it's like an episode of The Twilight Zone.

The store person was rude and condescending, did not know his product and could not explain the advantages and disadvantages of the bike I was thinking about buying. When I asked to speak to the manger I was told he "was busy". I would not buy a bike from this shop.
