The floor salesman and his manager are the rudest people I have ever met. Not only did they not want to help me the color, make and model of the car I wanted but they were mocking me while I was on the phone with my mom, speaking a different language!!! RUDE! Just because we were girls (my sister and I), they immediately dismissed us! Treated us like we were wasting their time!!!
I left there without giving them anymore of my time!
He kept pushing us to get the color that we didn't want and then made a big deal about us saying no to all the other colors that he kept on suggesting!!!! He then asked "Why are you so quick to say no?" and I reply "It's easy to say NO to people who are rude!" Beware!

I was promised a $100 referral fee for sending a customer that DID purchase. That was months ago....still nothing. It's not the money, it's the principle. Don't oversell and under deliver. Leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

John Gibson the salesperson, and Tab McNally the finance manager were both excellent.

My salesman was fantastic! I appreciate that they made a phone call after delivery.

William is just super. This is my 11th Honda and he is just the tops on everything. His superior knowledge of the product is exceptional. We could not have been treated any better. It was a pleasure to purchase the car we wanted instead of him trying to sell us one that we did not want. He sold us exactly what we wanted and he worked hard to get us the one we wanted. The lady that did our paperwork was also exceptional. She made us feel just so much at home and she really knows what she is doing.
