Easy to deal with, friendly and very prompt. They have competitive prices and a good selection of cars. I would definitely do business with them again. They offered to detail the car for free if I was ever in the neighborhood.

DO NOT DO Business with Gallery Motorcars. I had a written agreement with them to do three things to the car after purchase - they wrote the agreement at time of purchase, they did NONE of the items on the list. The agreement provided a date (3 days after purchase) for them to do the items - I tried to get them to do the items for 3 months, finally I went to BBB. They (Gallery) agreed to arbitrate through the BBB. As part of the arbitration, they agreed to perform to the result of the arbitrators findings, then they lost the arbitration, and shocker, they did not pay. Their only defense was "there was no money left in the deal". (yeah, that is what they said) Remember, they wrote the agreement at time of purchase, and signed the agreement at the time of purchase - they never refuted that - they made the deal as part of the purchase and then didn't want to do it. It was $1200 - not tens of thousands. They are not honest - what else can be said - shady is an understatement. The timeline from the Arbitrator has passed - If I receive the money, I will update my review. I stand on principle - do what you say you will do - its really not a difficult concept. - Notice this is not an anonymous post. I do not fear dishonest people or companies. I hope this post allows the next potential customer the opportunity to just keep driving and saves them grief.

This place should be listed on the "Shady Dealer" list. I purchased a vehicle from them on December 23rd and they did not pay off my trade-in vehicle until March. I made numerous calls to the office and they avoided me for days. I finally had to get my attorney involved to get the issue resolved. After going through weeks of getting my old vehicle paid off, I realized that I also purchased a warranty from them c/o of NAC amd should probably make sure the transaction took place. As I expected, I called NAC and they said they had been waiting on them to fund the cost since January! I paid Gallery Motors $1880 for a warranty in December and they still have not sent a payment to NAC as of 5/1 /2012. I am now forced to engage my attorney once again. PLEASE make sure you buy your car from a reputable dealer. Sometimes it's better to pay a little extra for customer service. I have learned a valuable lesson. Never deal with these off lease buyers again. The are also NOT a part of the BBB. Let my headache be a lesson to you.

Worst dealership ever.... his cars are designed for u to leave the lot and then "check engine light" and all kinds of lights turn on... also roof leaks if u want to know...

I bought a 2008 Audi A4 on 5/28/11 for my sons 16th birthday from Gallery Motors in Farmers Branch, TX. The entire staff is exceptional and worked with us in every way. We are also extremely pleased with the car after the 2 days.
