It sounds wonderful and I believe these people know what they are doing. However, the analysis and Offering Memorandum they produce for $35K is the same thing any listing agent will do at no change. I worked with two different people at Generational Equity and neither could truly capture the nature of my business and its potential. The docs they produce say to contact them, even though they are NOT representing the buyer (which requires a separate contract and 10% commission). I thought they would attract better buyers and capture the "blue sky" value of my company. They did neither.
