This is the absolute worst Grey Hound bus station I have ever been too! Not only is it unsafe to go outside when ur ride comes because of the violence that the police refuse to do anything about, but your workers are so rude & verbally abusive!!! The cop u have inside the bus station is rude & doesn't help but instead does harrass & does nothing about the violence outside of the bus station! Oh and you seriously need to get mental evaluations on ur drivers because last time I took the Dallas Greyhound bus from Dallas to Houston I ended up with this terrible bus driver that literally yelled at me when I never once showed her any form of disrespect. Why have ppl like that working for u?
