We rented for nearly 2 years, during which time the garage leaked consistently. I sent one maintenance request after the other, as well as pictures and a video documenting the waterfall I had to walk through to enter and exit my car. To top it all off, we left the apartment in pristine condition. The carpet barely needed to even be shampooed, but they withheld nearly $1K of deposit claiming that the carpet was damaged. The pictures they sent me show absolutely no damage, not even stains. They did not give me any proof that they actually replaced the carpet nor of payment. I notice now from reading other online reviews that this is NOT the first time they have pulled this. Shame on them for their deceptive and fraudulent practices. I am taking legal action.

As superficially nice my apartment is, I must warn you to not rent here. I keep my apartment in pristine condition. My rent has always been paid on time. I never watch TV and mostly listen to music in my headphones. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING in every apartment around you. What is most shocking is that my apartment has received false lease violations for noise... noise that I have not created. Management does not do their due diligence and is quick to dish these out. I have been living in apartments for many years and this is the first place that I have ever experienced any problems. I am disgusted by their one-sided heavy handedness. Extremely unprofessional. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
