I took numerous items to the store for consignment - went back to check on them and the business has moved! No forwarding address, noone answers the phone at the number listed. I don't even have the names of the people that owned it or I would file in small claims court. They basically stole all the items I had taken there for consignment. I do have a list of the items I left for consignment. I demanded they give it to me before I left them. If anyone knows how to get in touch with this business or the people involved, please e-mail me at [email protected] with the information. I'm so angry. I will prosecute if I can get the information. I am also reporting them to the BBB. THANKS!

Me, too. These people are con artists and thieves. They are very good at getting empathy from you because someone in their family is ALWAYS dying, or they are so sorry because they got behind and they are just about caught up or the check is in the mail! I'm waiting on payments since last October, and I expect many others like me just finally give up. Must be nice to have 100% profit. They never have to pay for anything, unsuspecting people bring in their stuff which gets sold and they keep 100% of the money.

Good citizen-thank you for alerting people! I wish I had though of this earlier. The same thing happened to me. I've been battling them since last Sept. to get paid for my items. I heard 'the check is in the mail' for a couple of months and kept buying their sad 'new business,' 'illness in the family' and other excuses for months. I am an elderly single woman trying to supplement my income, and gave up family heirlooms only to be stiffed by this store.

The owners are very nice about picking up your consignment--but they never pay, and seem to 'lose' the valuable items. They just disappear and the owner claims they never existed. If you consign goods--you won't be paid even if they do actually sell it! These people are crooks and thieves. Don't consign with them, and don't support their habit by buying here.
