The staff at High Profile represents the name of the company very well. Not only are they professional but their level of communication is excellent. Being a staffing agency, I know they are busy however, their ability to be prompt often made me feel like I was their only employee. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice! After being hired to work with High Profile Shawnda was my direct point of contact and she is amazing! Shawnda showed much concern during my time of employment and did what was necessary to help me and get the help I needed. High Profile is a staffing office full of people who care and that makes them #1.

Tiffany Willis is an excellent recruiter. She’s constantly recommending me for positions, she’s extremely thorough and I am very excited to work with her. High Profile is a very diligent company and I have nothing but good reviews to give Mrs. Willis and her staff.

I started my journey with High Profile Staffing in April of 2020. Amelie Brewer was my original contact and interviewer and she was SO kind and accommodating. Once she gave me the wonderful news that they were going to represent me as a recruiter it was like a weight lifted off my chest. From then on I worked with Sara Stoub. Sara.... I don’t have words great enough to describe her...sweet demeanor, supportive leadership, encouraging, empathetic, genuine, hardworking, dedicated... all words that just aren’t great enough to accurately describe her. She is just so dang AMAZING!! All the staff members are. I had a wonderful experience and even have a full time job from the contract role Sara placed me. I will forever be grateful to Sara, Amelie, Shawnda, Laura, and staff!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. For everything you did for me!! Love to you all!!

In my experience trying to re-enter the workforce after a solid 10 year break is an extremely daunting endeavor, and it is also a job in itself. I believe that  a recruiter plays a pivotal role in shaping the candidates to bring the best out of them. The candidates themselves can be filled with many emotions some of which may center anxiousness and nervousness. The recruiting process should begin with treating every potential candidate/job seeker walking through their doors, with positive reinforcement, reaffirmation, and great moral support .

With that said my experience with High Profile Staffing and their employees has been nothing short of amazing. Right from the moment I walked into their office, the front office staff Andrea was welcoming, warm, personable, and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She engaged in causal conversations and made me feel like I belonged there.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany Willis (Accounting and Finance Recruiter) that day who is reliable, responsive, personable and professional. She was prompt in returning my calls and was extremely flexible in rescheduling my appointment that I had to cancel due to a family emergency. Prior to bombarding me with interview questions, she took her time to get to know me and to learn about my background and experience. Tiffany was very patient in answering all of my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable in the finance and accounting recruitment field, and was very supportive and gave me plenty of career and networking advice as well.  Tiffany her teammate Susan Nawroozi are some of the most considerate and nicest people I have met. I highly recommend High Profile to anyone looking for a job. You will leave so happy, content and confident after meeting with them.

High Profile was my very first experience working with a Staffing agency. Working with Sara, Shawnda, and Madison was an a absolute joy! Sara took her time getting to know me better and I never felt pressured at any point in the process.

I was gainfully employed with my previous company for 4 years at the time she reached out to me.
