I have been living at The Falls for about 2.5 years and haven't had too much of an issue until recently. The maintenance is definitely a 50/50 result, and the management team always seems to be on different levels. I don't feel that there is enough communication between the employees themselves as well as the residents. My biggest complaint though is their blatant lack of disclosure of violent criminal activity IN the community. Someone was assaulted at gunpoint right in from of my building several months ago. The police were called - but the management office failed to notify the residents. There have been several shootings as well - all gone without notice to residents. The newest annoyance, however, is their towing policy. First they said they wouldn't be towing - now they are towing everyone. The problem is, there are absolutely no warning signs, towing signs, prohibited parking signs, or even red paint to deter people from parking in certain spots. These buildings are falling apart, and the people who run the office are uninterested and uninformed.
