The customer service is absolutely terrible but not worse than the "food". My co-workers and I ordered lunch from this place and an hour later, it was unfortunately delivered. The enchiladas are made with a ton of tomato sauce (no enchilada sauce at all), the rice appeared and tasted old, soggy, and bland. The "beans" should have come with a straw. It was PURE LIQUID! When I called to let them know and hopefully get my $10 back, the lady that answered was obviously irritated. She told me the texture of the beans has nothing to do with the taste, and insisted that that's how they are fried. She then told me she couldn't understand what I was trying to say. I thought it was pretty simple, yet I could be mistaken. The man that delivered the "food", got on the phone to let me know that we "are not his only customer, and have never received a complaint". In the back I could hear the rude lady saying "you're not going to give her money back, are you?!". Which led him to tell me about this hidden "policy" of no refunds. I eat and love Mexican food all the time and have never been so disappointed until this moment. I do not and will not recommend them to anyone ... EVER!
