I bought some warm up bottoms look like from their section where you can get all different kind of tights they are for little short petite people but they did not look like that when I purchase them they say all clothing items are final no returns on their clothing so I will never buy any clothing from there or products again unless I just bad customer service

The man on the phone was very rude and did not have patience with the person on the phone when they asked a question about a products.

I had a very bad customer service today at Jenny beauty supply.Wig section those ladies are terrible.

The store is a black women's dream when it comes to hair, but the customer service and the store managers are not very friendly. I really don't like the way they keep there restroom facility's all the money they make off the black community, you can't tell me that they can't remodel them, there terrible and Jennys make BANK off the black women we deserve better treatment and facility's. Jennys you should hire better store manage he is not a people person, Jenny, there is room for improvement, a whole LOT.

They have everything for ladies hair care in here. It's a one stop shop. And they have low prices too.

I purchased what was supposed to be 100% human hair the hair matted and tangled can't do anything with it now I have to have a hairstyles take it out. Will not purchase hair ever again from there.

Daniel the store manager is awful. Don't say your store closes at 6:00 pm when you close at 5:45 pm. Shameful!

Poor customer service. I tried on a wig, got it home and realized the girl had given me the wrong wig. Now, yes, it was my fault for nor double-checking, but it was her fault for bringing me the wrong wig in the first place. Went back up there with the wig, and asked if I could just have the wig I really wanted at half price since I know they can't sell the other wig again (legally). She (lady in back with the wigs) offered me the matted up display wig for half- price -really??? This whole thing wouldn't have happened if the employee had brought out the right wig in the first place. They took no responsibility for their part in this honest mistake. I have spent hundreds if dollars at their store. But they were willing to lose a customer over a $26 wig - that's just bad customer service.
