Our agency was placed on enforcement for non-compliance with healthcare violations. We were assessed an administrative penalty and subject to revocation of our licenses. We'd paid more than $20,000 attorney fees to another law firm and after 1-1/2 year were still battling the state to avoid revocation of our license.
