Stay away from this place! My car was hit year and my old insurance company, Geico, suggested them. There was damage to my rear bumper and it seemed it would be an easy fix. I was wrong. When I went to pick up my car, there were drip marks visible, and there was paint on my exhaust tips. When I pointed out the issues, they acted like I was a jerk for pointing it out. Not even an apology! So I had to leave it there for them to get it right. When I went to pick it up the next time... they cleaned the exhaust tips, and managed to buff out the paint drips, but the buffing job was terrible. You could see swirls and scratches in the paint. Again, I was made to be the a$$hole when I pointed it out. 3rd time they finally got it right. Not once did anyone ever apologize for the poor paint or poor service. Never again!



Not sure if all Service King locations are like this, but the one I'm talking about is the one off of 635 and Plano Rd.
