I've had a couple times in my life where I needed to take a loan at a pawn shop. It's been a long while and someone suggested I use King Family Pawn for a loan I needed. The word INCOMPETENCE does not even begin to summarize how I was treated. I dealt with FIVE separate people for more than an hour and one person would say something and then someone else would give me a totally different story, blah blah blah. The crazy thing is that I had read the reviews on this place before going there and all the negative ones were dead on accurate. I'm glad I did not end up using them because I have a feeling I would have had a horror story like the ones others have shared. If you need a loan, stick with the pawn shop that is near the Greenville Ave / Lovers Lane intersection (just a a couple blocks south on Greenville) -- those people are straight up and won't shaft you. Do NOT use King Pawn - highly UNPROFESSIONAL!

Dont waste your Damn time! I called before going over there they told me "yes we accept 12inch speakers, bring it over & let us look at it." So i get there & the chuby hispanic lady tells me the rules have change we dont except speakers right now. So im constantly telling her i just talked to someone on the phone & they said yes, while im explaining shes constantly sayin no the rules have change. I wasted Gas & time. do your research on this place before you go.
