LIARS AND BURGLARS

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HORRIBLE EXCUSE OF A COMPANY.There was a list on maintenance things that we were promised when we signed the lease would be done before we moved in a few weeks later. Fast forward to moving day, and not ONE had been done. The properties are great locations but are absolutely falling apart. Maintenance takes at least 5 emails/phone calls until they will even think about addressing it. One of the items on the list that was supposed to be done before we moved in was not completed for OVER TWO MONTHS after we moved in. Just a few of the things that still had to be fixed when we moved in.... a toilet had to be replaced (it almost flooded our downstairs when the water was turned on), the hot water heater also had to be replaced due to leaking everywhere, the dishwasher would not drain and had to be fixed, the kitchen sink faucet was constantly dripping, oh and just check out the next paragraph....Over the first week that we moved in we started hearing things. Tiny scurrying footsteps and squeaking in the ceiling between the first and second floor... RATS. So of course we immediately call absolutely disgusted and they had NO urgency whatsoever to remedy the situation. They told us we needed to CALL and PAY Terminix. Ummm NO. This was a preexisting condition that we moved into. A WEEK LATER after multiple emails and phone calls to them they said they called Terminix and that the guy who came out found no droppings so there were no rats. HA! So we call Terminix to try to speak with the technician who came out and guess what! Terminix HAS NO RECORD OF ANYONE COMING TO OUR ADDRESS. They 100% LIED about it. Now the cherry on top. Remember that maintenance item that wasn't completed for over two months? It was putting back on the screen doors that were just left thrown in our back patio area. Well when they were in there fixing it (because they go in and complete maintenance without letting you know they are coming or leaving a note to say that they have been there) I had $120 OF CASH STOLEN from our home. They straight up took my hard earned money. It's not like it was even just sitting out on the counter, they had to kind of look around to find it. So who knows if they took anything else at this point! They were the ONLY people in my home so there is no way it could have been anyone else. Of course when I called they said they had completed the work from the outside and no one entered my home. The problem with this is we have and 8 foot fence around the back with no gate so that is a bit hard to believe. Also how can you put a screen door on if the door is closed?! I feel so disgusted and violated that these people have a key to my home.Long story short.... Maintenance takes months, their properties are falling apart, they have LIED to us on multiple occasions, and they STOLE $120 cash. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!
