They were on time and very personable. I arrived 5 min late and they weren't bothered by it but had me seated in a chair and got started right away. It took a little longer than they quoted me. But I think they quoted that time based on having 2 people working on my hair at the same time. But there was a difficult child client and they needed to attend to her, which I was glad they did. Over all I'd recommend anyone to visit this clinic.

Did not have a good experience. Staff was very unprofessional. I paid money up front for my daughter to get her hair braided and the woman who did her hair all of a sudden said she had to go, leaving my daughter to sit and wait 45 minutes on another braider to get done with another woman's hair so that she could finish my daughter's hair. When I mentioned how unsatisfied I was with the service, the woman started talking really crazy and being unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone coming to this shop. Very unprofessional staff. They make you pay for service up front, then they pretty much do what they want and you of course have to deal with it because you've already paid.
