LADIES - BEWARE! IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR COLOR - YOU ARE SOL! This salon will not lift a finger to make you happy. Are the colorists even trained to know the difference between hair color and hi-lights? I don't think so. Recently, my daughter went to get her done and wanted a new color. She took several magazine photos of the same color showing what she wanted. All they did was hi-light her hair and turn it blonde. She didn't want to be a blonde so they put a toner on it. Now she's brown again, but with blonde hi-lights. Again, not even close to the color in the photos that she took with her. If they had a problem with the color she was showing them they should have said so upfront. To make it worse, at the re-do appointment they told her there was nothing else they could do to fix it! So $160 later there is nothing you will even try to do to fix it? WOW! REALLY? There was nothing that they WANTED to do. Why did they even bother making a correction appointment if they weren't going to offer a solution to fix it. BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. There are too many great colorists in Dallas to mess around with poorly trained and uncaring professionals. I'm upset and disappointed because this was part of my daughter's birthday present. I will end up paying AGAIN to have her hair colored properly at another salon.
