Amazing personal service. The staff new us by name when we left and took great care of us when we arrived. The concierge got us great dinner reservations on short notice and we never had to wait on our car out of valet. This is a great hotel for a weekend romantic retreat or a month long stay in Dallas. Within walking distance to several downtown locations, but you may not want to leave with the gorgeous room decorations. Highly recommended to all as a great place to stay!
