Healthcare process was well done. NP addressed problem expertly with good results. Disliked services-upsell, by NP, when sick. Received bill 18mo. later. The business office does not feel that they are in a service industry. They stand behind federal law that only requires billing within a 3yr. window regardless of their customer's billing cycles. Would not recommend Lumincare clinics because of this - too many problems later on down the line.
