I forgot to order a wrist corsage for my father/daughter dance this weekend. I called a few other flower shops (knowing I was late already) and got the cold shoulder. I talked to Madison on the phone at Marco Polo Florist, and she was very polite and said she would help me. My daughter loved the flowers they put together, and my wife didn't have to save the day. Win-win!

I got a reminder call for my wife's birthday, picked out an arrangement on their website Tuesday afternoon, and it was delivered before lunch on Wednesday as I requested. Great service, easy and painless. Nice people to work with.

I wanted to impress a girl with a bouquet but had no idea what she liked or what would be appropriate. The florist who helped me, Catherine, had such an extensive knowledge of what flowers worked well together and what type of presentation would be best. Not only was she able to work with the limited information I gave her, what she produced was far more intricate than I expected and so creatively done. The arrangement definitely made the impact I was hoping for, and I'll be sure to use Marco Polo again.

I used this florist this first time this Mother's Day. I requested an upscale arrangement in the $100 range, and left the design up the the artists. I was so thrilled with the arrangement that was delivered to my mom. It was clean and classy and exceeded my expectations. Plus, my mom was happy and raved about it on facebook, which made me look good :) I will for sure use them again for her next year! Thanks ya'll!

i have been using this florist for a few months now, i always have a good experience with the designers there, they are good at helping suggest new flowers that my wife will like.



I was going to a wedding dinner, and they helped me pick out flowers for the Brides mother, and wrapped it really nice like a bouquet. she really liked it, i will definately go back.

I used this florist to order some flower for my girlfriend recently and all I can say is that I was very impressed with the level of service Marco Polo Florist provided me. The flowers were delivered at the time requested and my girlfriend absolutely loved the design of the flowers.



I will be choosing this place again, they won't disappoint!

I ordered flowers from them for mothers day for my sister. the sales girl was very sweet and personal, and I left the arrangement up to the designer. I was so impressed with the arrangement that was sent, very elegant and crafted. I received so many compliements, thank you marco polo for making me look so good!!

I received a notice on my door this last Saturday that they had attempted to deliver flowers to me and when I called them it was right at their closing time. The owner graciously stayed open so that I could run down the road and pick up up the flowers my MIL had sent for my birthday.



Today I received a cactus arrangement my husband had sent to my office from another florist used by TeleFlora and it was far below any acceptable standards. After a brief go-round with TeleFlora customer service they agreed to have another florist prepare an arrangement to replace what was originally delivered and I requested they contact Marco Polo Florist. They did and Marco Polo Florist had the arrangement ready in a matter of hours and it's beautiful.



Twice this florist has gone above and beyond to help make a special day even better and I can't thank them enough!

I am shopping at Marco Polo on Preston Road, Dallas for the last three years. Every time I get a very customized and professional suggestion, together with high quality flowers. They might be a bit more expensive than in supermarket stores, but the quality is worth it. The care for customers and the design ideas of the arrangements make it a very unic shop.
