In my opinion, the most effective treatments for POTS syndrome are those that don't require prescription medication. The POTS and Dysautonomia Treatment Center have very successful programs that trains you to manage and even prevent your symptoms naturally such as using special techniques to train the brain with biomedical equipment. The results have been amazing
