Provided by YP.comOn June 10 around breakfast time...I experience a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, there was this young lady who came in to get the correct item that she had order...she talked very polite to the everyone worker, except for the manager who's name is "JUANA", SHE WAS THE MEANESS AND RUDE PERSON I HAD EVER HEARD!.poor young lady who just wanted her Ice Coffe corrected.. and I don't blame the young lady, she knows what kind of ice coffee she wanted.."AND THE ICE COFFEE DIDN'T LOOK LIKE ICE COFFEE TO ME EITHER!. but the "JUANA" treated her so mean... SO WHAT DECIDED TO DO IS STOP GOING THERE...BECAUSE OF JUANA MCDONALD JUST LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER!

Most employee who works at this McDonald are illegal Aliens employees who just start steal your social security number on your applications, I summit an job applications, and they laugh at my appearance. They had discriminate on disability and races. I hope This world god will punish employees. The employees who are illegal alien will laugh at your appearances. Don't Go McDonalds at Oak Cliff. Juana doesn't have papers and document to work. She might sell other who apply mcdonalds on social security to ilegal aliens. Juana can be so mean, rude, ignorant person. I knew ilegal aliens treat their employees so bad on their workplace. I used to work at Atrium Windows and mostly they are so many ilegal aliens who just come to their warehouse to treat their employees mean and bad. for my experience ilegal alien are mean, husband and wifestealers, they take off your payroll and paycheck, the workers and secretary office are promiscious to managers and supervisors. Now the reason I left, leaving and quit the job.

Provided by YP.comMcDonald's is McDonald's. All food tastes the same no matter where you go. I would not recommend this location unless you are starving...maybe the drive thru wouldn't be so bad. This location has the down and out crowd hanging around no matter when you go. In the winter they come inside to get warm. in the Summer they come inside to stay cool. If you do decide to eat inside, bring some handy-wipes. the tables may look clean, but I've seen folks changeing soiled baby's on the tables inside. No thanks...I would have to be desparate to eat here.
