If you haven't tried Midtown Pizza, you're missing the best kosher pizzeria in Dallas. This guy leaves that other kosher pizza place in the dust. Although the dough is prepped in advance, it's not stretched and tossed until you place your order so you might have to wait a little while until your pie comes out of the oven, but you won't regret it. And don't just get the pizza. Try the rest of the menu, as well. (BTW "fukasha" is how this place spells "focaccia".)
