I've come here a few times and they've always been honest to me. They have never taken advantage of me (such as doing work that doesn't need to be done or talking me into it). They're all like big brothers here.

My real brother is a mechanic, but he lives out of state. And he agrees to the work this place does when I tell him what this place has diagnosed. It's confirmation.

Ladies, if you are looking for a place that's not only going to service your vehicle, but also protect you from mechanic predators, come here.

This place should advertise and target the single, female population for good, honest service and should rename itself, "Big Brothers Auto Shop" because they watch out for us. Love them and God bless them!

This place is totally geared toward upsell. They offered to do a state inspection, and ran the inspection knowing that the service engine light was on. Of course, the inspection failed, their intention on getting the repair business as well.

Put wrong spark plugs in my car

I initially took my 2005 Lincoln LS to Motion Lube to just get my inspection sticker; while I was there and because I have had my car for two years now, I decided to allow them to do a tune up and an oil change. My car started stuttering, shaking and the check engine light came on. I immediately took my car back to the Lincoln dealership where it was purchased. I was called and asked if I had had a tune up done on the car. When I said yes, the repair shop manager told me that not only did the car not need or require a tune up bacause of the miles but the incorrect spark plugs had been put in my car. I had to pay over $200.00 to the Lincoln dealership to have the CORRECT spark plugs put in my car and a proper tune up done. Before I even went back to Motion Lube, I called them and was told that the price for a tune up on my particular make and model car was $80.95, when I went back to Motion Lube with a witness and my receipt from the Lincoln dealership, Motion Lube would not refund me my money. I paid a total of $333.00 for a tune up, oil change and inspection sticker. I immediately went and currently have a law suit for the refund of my money and for the cost to have a proper tune up done on my car.
