Run..Dont Stop..Dont look..Dont lease

This place is no place to raise your kids not even on a 6 month lease. Drug dealers every where..you actually see people breaking into other people's homes..the staff are all rude...especially the lady name Lety. The office staff most of them live on property do I'm sure if you walk in there house it it's freezing..but walk into my house it it's 80 degrees..they will not fix..my bedroom is missing carpet due to water damage and had been several months and they still have not come to replace it. Please consider that t hey let anyone move in..ask me immigration should raid the place..better yet the complex should be demolished..

Sincerely
The person who regrets this decision

Advertisement says free parking. Bullshit, we never parked in front of apartment. some selected people had reserved parking that they would not use and when confrontred they got all getto and pulled guns to try to intimidate, When complained to Management, we get a 24 hour notice to vacate-Happily. they were outside seeing us move. They can stay there to intimidate management- UNFAIR HOUSING IS WHAT THIS IS. they rather keep gunslingers in property -DO NOT RENT IF YOU KIDS, even wrecker has favorites. Would not tow car that DID NOT HAVE A PARKING STICKER! Management the same.
Ladies that work there would go into apartments that had 5 or 6 single undocumented men and would be there for hours. they had no problem- to top off air not working- when you put an window unit you are accused of not compliance- 100 degree weather- No i am not gonna sweat wheat I pay . They are not dealing with an Illegal.

Worst Year Ever!!

I just escaped from these apartments a month ago. During the last year, we were subjected to roaches, fleas, thieves, and an apartment that was falling apart. The AC broke the day we moved in....and kept breaking constantly. The water pressure sucks, and the water itself is not drinkable from the faucet. The floor ate my mattress!! Literally ate it. We got multiple flea infestation, each overnight, and had hell getting rid of them each time as well. Our car got stolen, which I found myself across the highway 2 days later. They supposedly don't slow drug dealers to live there, but was even approached by neighbors selling drugs. Then when our lease was finally up, they offered us another year at a ridiculous rate! No thank you. I moved to a gated community where we have had no problems at all. Don't ever move here! They are horrible!!!
