When I purchased my used refridgerator from Mr. K's, I was given a receipt stamped with a warranty that if anything went wrong with it within 30 days they would fix it. The icemaker stopped working properly within a week, then it leaked all over my floors a week later. I called Mr. K's. Was told they would be out to fix it "today or tomorrow". They never came. Called again. Was told the same thing. So I waited for them. Never came. Called again. Same thing. To this day, (almost 2 weeks later they have never come. Apparently, there is no one on staff to do repairs (I was told), but the person who does the delivery is the same person to do any repairs, but he is really too busy and who knows if qualified to do repairs. I am just thankful it was only the icemaker. It would have been terrible to go 2 weeks waiting for it to be repaired.
