Provided by YP.comI went to this location within the hour & received the worst service of my life. I have a 2000 Honda accord that I primarily use as my gas saver. I do minimal upkeep on it since it is not the primary vehicle. I had purchased a coupon book for NTB that allowed me to get a free oil change & I upgrade to the higher mileage oil change because being a General Manager myself I know the importance of profit. I was greeted with little enthusiasm & not acknowledged at all by another employee. I waited for about an hour for a simple oil change. During my wait the sale person came & suggested several items that needed to be repaired on the car. I reminded him this is not the primary vehicle & I would consult with my boyfriend on if we would get these repairs. I noticed during my wait that two other women were also suggested repairs that were necessary for their cars but no men were given suggestions. I found this very odd. As I paid for my service, I noticed they had not returned my coupon book. They said they had given it back to me, I should have it, did someone else have it, & several other excuses. However I had my planner holding all documents they had given me & the coupon book was not there. I guess after seeing that I was not accepting they’re “we didn’t do it” act my coupon book miraculously appeared from the associate. As I got into my vehicle I turned on my car & a light that had not been on prior to the visit came on. I went back inside & told the employee of this & was told they didn’t even mess with my break light & unsure how this light could have come on. He went back out with me to my car & then reports to me my left break light was out which was not out when I had come to the location. He again stated that he wasn’t sure why it was out but they didn’t mess with the brake lights. I find it completely strange that this just so happened after I was given a list of repairs that I declined to get done that day & after the coupon book issue. I know that this place doesn’t specialize on oil changes but I would still like to get the same customer service as a patron coming there for alignment or brake issues. There are more than 6 shops similar to this one that I could have gone to in my area & I chose this one. If they expect repeat business they should take customer service into consideration. I have submitted these details to their corporate office hoping they get these issues resolved.

Provided by YP.comI went in to get alignment. Asked if I still had one under warranty. "no, your last one was 2008, sorry". Paid $127 for the new one. Got lucky and was cleaning out glove box and found a receipt for one I bt. 10 mo's ago, still under warranty. Frustrated, went back to store and my salesman was in parking lot so I told him situation. Response was something like - "Sorry dude, I must have missed it. I just got off so go inside and someone can give you a credit". I know these guys work on commission but that is shameful and rediculous. I just don't believe he overlooked it and was frustrated at total lack of responsibility.
